I wanted to make a new icon base, as I was in a dolling mood and I need a new icon. This icon is an animated one of one of Ranka Lee's songs/dances in Macross Frontier.
Underneath the icons are some extra hands and accessories, a blushing option, and sparkles. Next to the icons are some backgrounds I made. I don't have a program for you to animate it with, but you can use it animated or otherwise. If you wish to use this, credit me in either your sig or journal. I have no problem with people making dolls with my bases, but please provide credit and do not claim them as your own. No frankendolling, no selling it for money or e-money (ie, gaiaonline gold). We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
